VOLUNTEER

The School Age Care Director’s Association (S.A.C.D.A.) is looking for volunteers for our annual Conference on March 9th, 2024!

SACDA is a non-profit society, primarily composed of owners and operators in the Calgary area.

SACDA's mission is to provide school-age care professionals with a province-wide network of community-based support and to advocate for greater availability of quality, affordable care in Alberta.

This year’s conference is loaded with great presenters, tons of cool vendors and will be a blast for front-line staff and directors/owners alike! We want to see childcare professionals who are dedicated to furthering their education, knowledge, and passion for the child care industry.

If you would like the opportunity to volunteer with SACDA and help make this year’s conference the best one yet, please see our volunteer roles listed below.  As an added benefit to the valuable experience volunteering will give you, you will also gain:

  • A great networking opportunity

  • A great way to give back to the childcare community

  • Great experience in the behind the scenes of conference creation

  • Complimentary lunch and refreshments

  • Complimentary registration for the conference

  • Complimentary swag bag

  • Volunteer certificate from SACDA
